Thalipeeth




Total Time - 15 minutes
Prep Time -10 minutes
Level -Easy
Can be Served for Breakfast or Lunch

You Will Need

Rice Flour - 1 small cup
Gram Flour -half a cup
Wheat Flour -5tbs - (optional)
Onion Fine chopped                                                                          
Chillies Fine Chopped
Coriander Fine chopped
Curry Leaves fine chopped
Salt
Zeera
Oil
Water 1/2 cup

Directions
Combine Rice flour, Gram Flour, and wheat flour with fine chopped onion, chilli , coriander, Zeera, salt, Curry leaves turmeric powder (optional),add 3 tbs of oil and water to make think and soft batter. Note: Do not add water all at once. Keep the dough for 5-8 minutes to marinate. Then make small pancakes either by patting the dough balls directly on a thin pan or you can also roll it on a non stick sheet and fry it on the tava both sides. Spray a liitle ghee or oil for extra flavour.You can serve it hot with red chilli chutney or fresh home made butter.
