You Will Need
Green Tomatoes - 3 to 4 ( medium size)
Coriander leaves - washed and Chopped
Garlic cloves-3 (large)
Sesame seed - 2 tbs (Roasted)
Jagerry - one small cube
Green Chilli - 1
Cumin powder -1tbs
Salt-1/2 tbs
Directions
Heat the oil in a deep pan over moderately high heat.Cut the tomatoes in two pieces and roast the tomatoes, Chilli and garlic cloves until it is soft. let the tomatoes cool down for 15 minutes. Put Coriander leaves, cumin powder, Jagerry, salt, sesame seeds garlic, tomatoes and Chilli in to the blender and puree until smooth. Serve it cold.
A well designed dish may combine seasoning so go ahead and give the chutney a nice seasoning with hot oil, little bit of black mustard Asafoetida powder (ಹಿಂಗ್) and curry leaves.
Remember cooking isn't rocket science.
